ARE THESE PIECES SECOND HAND?
no — our pieces are not second hand. They are deadstock garments: originally produced, then stored and never worn.
AM I ABLE TO REFUND MY ORDER?
please refer to our "refund policy" for further reference.
CAN I TRY ON THE PIECES?
unfortunately, we are not offering try-ons at this stage. keep an eye on our socials or newsletter for upcoming pop-ups where you'll be able to browse our pieces in person.
CAN I MAKE CHANGE TO MY ORDER?
once your order has been placed, we're unable to cancel or make changes to it. however, if you've made a mistake (e.g. incorrect size or delivery address), please email us as soon as possible. if your order hasn't been shipped yet, we'll do our best to assist.
HOW DO I CHOOSE THE RIGHT SIZE?
each product page includes recommended sizing, and we also offer a "size guide" for further reference.
DO YOU OFFER ALTERATIONS?
we do not offer custom alterations for online purchases.
I CAN'T FIND MY SIZE?
our clothing pieces are deadstock originally produced and never sold, now given a second life. they’re available in limited quantities and sizes, so what you see on our site is all we have. once they're gone, they won’t be restocked.
GIFT CARDS
shopping for someone else but not sure what to get? give the gift of choice with a mei mei market gift card.
- gift cards are delivered by email with instructions on how to redeem them at checkout.
- they are valid for 3 years from the date of issue. after this time, unused amounts will expire and cannot be refunded or credited.
- gift cards are non-refundable, non-transferable, and cannot be exchanged for cash.
- please ensure the recipient's email is correct — we are not liable for gift cards sent to incorrect or non-existent email addresses.
- all gift cards are issued in AUD.
