refunds & returns
we hope you adore your deadstock gem — each piece is special and deserves a second chance! because of the nature of our items, we don’t offer returns for change of mind or general wear.
but, if something arrives faulty or incorrect, we’ve got you! just send us an email at info@meimeimarket.com.au within 14 days of receiving your order with:
- your order number
- a quick note about what’s wrong
- some clear pics of the fault
please use the size guide information listed on the specific product page to make sure you match yourself to your correct size.
return postage
return postage will be paid for by the customer (you will be emailed clear instructions once you submit a return request).
we recommend that return shipping is prepaid and traceable. in the event that the package is not received or lost in transit, Mei Mei Market will not be liable.
