FAULTY OR INCORRECT
we hope you adore your deadstock gem — each piece is one of a kind and deserves a second chance! because of the nature of our items, we don’t offer returns for change of mind, or natural signs of storage (such as minor fading, light handling marks, subtle colour variations) or general wear.
but, if something arrives faulty or incorrect, we’ve got you! just send us an email at info@meimeimarket.com.au within 7 days of receiving your order with:
- your order number
- a quick note about what’s wrong
- some clear pics of the fault
EXCHANGES
we’re happy to help you exchange sizes, provided your preferred size is available. please send us an email at info@meimeimarket.com.au within 7 days of receiving your order with:

- a quick note about which item you'd like to exchange and preferred size
once your exchange has been agreed upon with mei mei market, we’ll send you an invoice to cover restocking and shipping fees from mei mei hq back to you. the shipping fees to mei mei hq will be the responsibility of the customer and we recommend that you provide the tracking number in an email to us for tracking purposes. exchanges can only be held for 24 hours from the time the invoice is sent, so prompt payment is required to proceed further with the exchange due to the nature of our product being deadstock (stock is limited).
as we don’t offer refunds or returns for selecting the incorrect size, we recommend checking the size guide on each product page before purchasing. our team is also happy to provide personalised sizing advice to help you find the perfect fit before placing your order.
exchanges are not available for international customers at this stage.
RETURN POSTAGE
return postage will be paid for by the customer (you will be emailed clear instructions once you submit a return request).
we recommend that return shipping is prepaid and traceable. in the event that the package is not received or lost in transit, mei mei Market will not be liable.
